Reviews keep landing on the same few technicians. Ratings read differently depending on how many reviews hold them up. A&E Contractor and Waste Management is the only other Shreveport company with double-digit reviews, a 5.0 across 17, where one rough job can move the number. Platinum's 4.9 sits on 55 reviews, so the figure reflects a long run of separate jobs instead of a short streak.
Local Ground
Around Shreveport, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Shreveport city page for the full soil profile.
