Pile is our go-to septic service. Very responsive and friendly. Their equipment is very clean and professional. We use them every 3 years.

I wish I could rate this company higher than 5 stars! We had Pile come out last week to pump our tank and the tech went above and beyond helping us figure out where a clog was as well. He even helped us dig and remove the lid. He was amazing (wish I remembered his name)! We also used this company 4 years ago after first calling another local company to do our move in pump. The other company lied to us and tried to tell us we'd need an excavator to dig up the lid of our septic saying it was over 3' down (we were buying the house from another state and were not here during this).

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pile Septic Services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with all my questions. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He completed the job efficiently and left my property clean and tidy.
