My drain was backing up in my washer flooding my laundry room. I called a plumber out, they said it was fixed and left. Started a load of laundry and it flooded again. Called the plumber back and they said it's a sewer problem. I called Parks, they came out the same day. It was not a sewer problem but they were able to unclog my drain. While they were here I went ahead and had them do preventive maintenance on my sewer drains. Thank you so much for helping me and not charging a arm and leg.

Parks Sewer helped me a while back source an issue with sewage back up into my home. The sellers of my house did not clearly indicate I was on septic, and didn't know that a lot of house in my area have a septic tank. After inspecting my outlet, they determined I get a specialist out and fix the septic system. After which I have Parks come out every two years for a septic emptying. They are extremely reliable and every operator I've had come out is always very professional and happy to help.
