They seem to be closed. Calls go straight to VM and message says there is no voicemail

I do believe the reviews are correc!! This company is a JOKE!! DO NOT trust them. They did a bad job of re-piping my brothers house. Instead of piping being in the wall, ressesed, behind sheet rock, they attached it to the walls in kitchen with brackets, they will NOT fix anything, or give a call back....Now, they will not contact me, as I paid them $285 too much! Asked for a refund, well, that hasn't happened! So BE CAREFUL when asking for a quote...or a refund! They will not even give a correct address for their business...How shabby is that

Unfortunately, I have had a similar experience as Tim. I had a question about the bill for our plumbing work. I emailed the company to ask that someone follow up. I received an email from John O'Reiley a few days after I had sent my email saying he would look into the matter and get back to me. He never did. I sent three emails over the course of the next 2 months asking for some sort of response. The work seems to have been competently done (our tub faucet isn't leaking anymore), but I don't appreciate receiving no response, especially after being promised one.
