    Excellent company to work with. It may seem like they charge more than others but they're total pros and they get the job done well and in the time frame they commit to. I'll only be using these folks in the future.

    This was by far the best service and most responsive experience on Orcas. Rick replied to my email prior to the holiday weekend running into Monday. We had service the next day. A very resposive and capable worker, (Jackson) did a whole bunch of fixing and cleaning and aesthetic work with a smile on his face and friendly attitude. They dont pump out the tank, so they refered us to another company for that service. Would HIGHLY recomment Orcas Sewage Design!

    This company is a RIP OFF. The yearly maintenence cost is $350 which includes a quick look at the system from the technician which is about 20 minutes. You will be charged $88 for a lightbulb which has to be replaced yearly and the technician does not even give the $88 bulb to you. Do they reuse it? Do they even replace it and why does an $88 bulb not last more than one year? IF you need a service call they charge you up the ying-yang. You would think that for $350 you would at least get one free trouble call...and your $88 lightbulb.

    Hi Suzanne, We're sorry to hear that you feel our maintenance of your system was less than satisfactory. Annual septic maintenance is required by San Juan County, and the UV bulb (also required by the county based on your system type) that you refer to must be changed yearly to keep the system under warranty with the manufacturer. We can of course provide you with the used bulb in the future if you'd like; they are brought to our shop for proper disposal. We strive to provide our clients with a professional and cost effective service, and are always available to speak with you regarding any concerns.
