The service was horrible! My kitchen drain was draining slow I called them out to have my drain unclogged and they made the issue worst, now my drain is entirely clogged. they snaked the drain with no tip (the snake had a nub at the end). I asked if they dont have a cutter or some type of tip that will push through the clog and was told "NO" they cut the tips off the snake because they dont do anything. I dont understand how you can snake a drain with nothing to push through the clog.

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I originally left a negative review after a salesperson from Options A1 Plumbing gave me an extremely high quote for what I believed was a relatively simple and inexpensive plumbing job. On top of the high price, the salesperson was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience even worse. After I posted my review, the owner personally contacted me and asked me to remove it. He told me he would take disciplinary action against the salesperson and promised that if I ever needed plumbing work in the future, he would personally take care of me.

I don’t know if it’s just shocking levels of incompetence, or actual criminal intent, but this is a rip off scam. Quoted one day; we’re headed into week 3, with no official end date. Have had a crater in my house for two full weeks. Have had to repeatedly call to get any one to come back. Checked the county records only to discover they never pulled a permit.

Plumbing issues are always stressful, but Option One Plumbing made the whole process easy. They gave me a clear, upfront quote before starting any work, and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end. Allen and Julio were professional, super helpful, and did excellent work. It's rare to find a company you can truly trust, but these guys are it.
