    These days, when it's hard to even get contractors to return your calls, or even show up after you've hired them, it's so reassuring to meet someone who knows their subject, does what they say they will and does it right. Brent is beyond knowledgeable about septic systems, found the problem almost immediately, scheduled a next morning pump out and the following day replaced the pump, the electrical connections and repaired several other things that have been broken for who knows how long. This is old school service and first-rate treatment that you just don't see any more.

    Can't say enough good things about OnPoint Septic. Brent was extremely knowledgeable about septic systems and he was able to pin point our problem and come up with a permanent solution. He truly went above and beyond to help us get our septic system back to working the way it should. He is a professional business owner and very responsive and reliable.

Customers describe him finding the fault fast and then coming back with a plan, such as a next-morning pump-out followed by a new pump, fresh electrical connections and a handful of other repairs on the same visit. Misti wrote that her household called at 8:30 on a Sunday evening and he was at the house "resolving our issue within 10 minutes". The longer reviews are about diagnosis more than digging. One describes a septic problem that had run for nearly two years after another contractor's install, traced back to where the system was going wrong. Another describes a homeowner who had been braced for a large repair and was walked through what he was checking, step by step, before he told her he had found nothing wrong.
