Reached out to them after getting news our septic system had failed back in may. They came out, verified the issue and got us set up with septic plans and the permit. Although I didn’t use them for the system install , they were easy and great to work with.

The last time I called for service it took someone 2 days to call me back. When I talked to someone I was going to be charged a troubleshooting fee, plus my annual inspection, plus an additional inspection fee that other companies included in their inspection. In all the annual inspection and repair would have cost me DOUBLE what another company was able to do. The other company answered their phone when I called the first time, had techs out to my property the next day, and fixed my issues at half the cost. I will not use Old Dominion Onsite in the future.

They are the worst people in the world. They lie to you about when they’re coming to do your septic. They collect your money and never do the job. I’ve been waiting since August to get my septic done and here it is January and they’re still putting me off. They lie about their customers and don’t really care what they put their customers through. Dawn Barton
