About OC's Plumbing & Septic

From the website of OC's Plumbing & Septic, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

OC's Plumbing & Septic installs new septic systems and drain fields. The company's site describes the situations that call for it: new construction with no municipal sewer to tie into, or an existing system failed beyond repair, with a cracked or collapsed tank, a fully saturated drain field, or backups happening multiple times a year despite frequent pumping. Either way, the fix is a new system rather than another round of repairs.

Septic Services in this area

Quoted from the website of OC's Plumbing & Septic, read 15 Sept 2026.

Every new installation starts with a site evaluation and a soil percolation test to size the system. Tank size is set by the bedroom count, and the drain field design follows what the perc test requires, so that first visit shapes the whole build.

New System
When You Need This Service You need a new system for new construction without municipal sewer access, which is common across rural Polk County, or when your existing system has failed beyond repair: a cracked or collapsed tank, a fully saturated drain field, or backups multiple times a year despite frequent pumping.

I have just used OC’s Plumbing And Septic for the second time and they are extremely good and reliable. Show up on time, call if they’re a little late and do a tremendous job. He fixed about three or four things that have I keep putting off in my house and now everything works perfect. Would highly highly recommend them. Also put in a new toilet for me as well as a new kitchen faucet.

Response from the owner

Update: Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and when we couldn't clear it ourselves, Osie was the first one to come to mind. Though it has been six years since he plumbed our addition, it was like reuniting with an old friend. Everything I said before abut him, his humility, and his work ethic is still true. If you are even considering hiring a plumber, LOOK NO FURTHER! Osie is the man for the job... by the way, the new business name is brilliant! I can’t say enough good things about AW Plumbing! Osie is the most professional, considerate, conscientious, and humble plumber you will ever find.

Response from the owner

We appreciate your review SO much Kelly Lavigne! We are very happy that our customers feel this way about our family owned company.

Update: We made it six years without any plumbing issues when we discovered a clogged sink drain. When I couldn't clear it myself, I told my wife to call Osie. He came through for us again. It turned out the plumbing in the wall was bad, so he was able to run a new drain line and cap off the old one. The whole job was done in under 3 hours, and the price was well worth it. Since our last service, Osie bought out his business partner and changed the business name to OC's Plumbing & Septic. You cannot go wrong calling them!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much Richard Lavigne! We truly and humbly appreciate your amazing review.

OC's Plumbing - Tasked with - Replace our 27yr old hot water heater plus replace our gray piping throughout the entire home. Great team to work with friendly, professional & courteous. They worked hard in the Florida heat, did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job. Great price. Yes, we would recommend and we would hire them again.

Response from the owner

Several reviews describe drain and septic work done quickly. Conlin had a sink that two other companies could not fix and says the crew "fixed it same day." Others describe a drain line repair with hydrojet service, and a bad drain line inside a wall replaced in under 3 hours, naming Osie, the owner, as the one who came through.

Before You Call

Building a home where no sewer line runs means the septic system has to be designed early, and the perc test drives that design. One question for the phone: how soon can a crew walk your lot for the site evaluation?
