Terry Conrad of Oakhill Construction did a fantastic job building our home in Fulton, Maryland. He was a true professional in every sense of the word. Terry paid attention to all the little details that make a difference when building a custom home. His support teams worked very well together, which really matters on a project of this magnitude. Terry kept us well informed at every step of construction and this made for a very enjoyable experience. Well done!

It's a rare and wonderful thing to encounter a professional who consistently exceeds expectations, and that is precisely what Terry and his team at Oakhill Construction embody. Our relationship dates back over 30 years, a testament not only to his unmatched quality of service but also the genuine trust and respect he instills in his clients and collaborators. Twenty-three years ago, Terry took on the project of constructing our 10,000 sqft dream home. Today, I can attest to the timeless appeal and durability of his work.

Terri Conrad and OHC do an incredible job and, most importantly, are punctual. They helped me complete a new home build in Spencerville and provided not only great service, but valuable assistance and knowledge in dealing with the County. Great family owned business I wholeheartedly recommend. Manny Montero

Oak Hill actually built my dream home. They were outstanding from concept, design to completion. They were outstanding to work with and provided a family like atmosphere. They have since done several projects including a basement build out, a small addition and other services. If you are looking for a responsibe and quality contractor that will do outstanding work whether general or custom look no further!

    Response from the owner
