We were having well water issues and had called and talked to Christian to see if he could see what was going on. He was amazing and told us we needed a new subdrive and pressure tank and later to find out a new pump. He stayed until the job was done and made sure it was working properly. Definitely recommend him!

Christian, their new owner, is an actual life saver. Will work all through the night to make sure you have water. He’s on time, communicative, and a really friendly guy. Amazing work for an emergency call too.

Jody has serviced our well for 25 years now. We recently had a leak in our system and he was able to track it down to a frost free that was installed 5 years ago by another contractor that was leaking from day one. His years of experience saved us a lot of digging. He is also installing a hand pump on our well so we will have water when electricity is out. Jody has always been prompt and comes quickly when we need him. I would highly recommend him.

Jody is a capable technician. However, he makes promises that he can't keep and is almost impossible to get hold of. I couldn't possibly recommend NIP for any work and certainly not for any warranty repairs, as they do not have the interest in supporting their products, nor do they have the people to do the work. Jody is basically a 1-man operation. Emergency repair work on THEIR installed product is not going to happen. You need to call someone else.

We recently experienced a water shortage, so called Jody at North Idaho Pump. After his prompt visit, he was able to point out how we were over irrigating our landscape, and was able to show us how to get the job done and protect our well at the same time. Jody was extremely generous with his time and knowledge ( which he has plenty of ) and relieve the stress we were experiencing. He has earned a A+ rating from us. Thanks for a job well done Jody.
