Nortex came to my house at 4:30 P.M. on the day before Thanksgiving and got my problem fixed. This is the second time that Ray has responded, at odd hours, to my house for a repair. Highly recommend Nortex!

Called Rudy because we had a failed pump on our septic system. he was very honest about the fact that they don't repair only install and inspect. He sent me to the company that handles all of their service contracts. Very happy that he didn't just tell me that he couldn't help and let me go. He actually asked some questions and told me who to call.

Raymond Harris came out to clean our septic and did a wonderful job, he showed me how the whole system worked and also had me look in to all the tanks after the cleaning was done. It was a great pleasure to experience good customer service and professionalism and he always returns phone calls quickly and keeps you updated. Thank you Raymond!
