Absolutely horrible experience. Caused damage on property. Manager was rude and used profanity. Definitely not acceptable to behave in such an unprofessional manner. They will not get any of my family or friends business ever again!

I do not recommend working with this company. After completing the job, they ignored multiple attempts to collect payment on a past due invoice. Despite being contacted several times, they never responded, forcing us to proceed with legal action. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Save yourself the trouble and work with a company that values integrity and communication.

Nordvind came out and told me the reason my septic tank was full was that my drain field had failed. I paid them a bunch of money to install a new drain field and when a year later the holding tank was full again; instead of helping with the issue at a bare minimum they avoided my calls and didn't respond to voicemails and messages left. It was only when I had a trustworthy septic pumping company out that it was discovered it was actually just the pipe that runs from the holding tank to the d-box that was clogged. The drain field was never the problem.

Wow where to start? How about the most obvious, I signed a bill for $1650 dollars and the next day find out they added a TIP for themselves, or I guess himself, Eric. Just threw an extra almost $100 to the signed bill. Also my bill says 1500 gallons pumped by the person who was actually here and I was charged $1.00 a gallon, When I asked another company what the norm is, I found out Eric actually only charges .55 cents a gallon. I guess he runs a "let the buyer beware business" if they don't know, we can rip them off.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nordvind Septic & Sewer, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they provided excellent service, and everything went smoothly. Kris handled every aspect of the project with care, ensuring the job was done on time and even managed to keep it under budget without compromising quality. He was incredibly patient, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions thoroughly.
