Arrived when they said to help locate & clean a septic on a newly purchased property. It wasn’t easy but they didn’t give up, explained every option & price, giving us the choice before taking the next step in the process. They eventually found it with the use of a camera. Very professional and went the extra mile. They will get our business from now on. Thanks fella’s!!

Response from the owner

Thank you for the wonderful review! Some tanks definitely make us work a little harder to find them, but we don’t give up easily! We believe in keeping our customers informed of their options and costs every step of the way. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to being your go-to septic company!

Jack was great… he found our septic tank, and dug out the clean out point and pumped it out. Then inspected it and suggested repairs that were needed to keep it working for years to come. They will come back in a week or so to fix the valve. Nolan Septic was easy to work with. Calling me to let me know that they may a little late.

Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad Jack was able to take the time needed to thoroughly service and inspect your system. We believe every customer deserves our full attention, and sometimes that can put us a little behind schedule. That’s why communication is so important to us. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and trust in Nolen Septic Services!

Before You Call

After a tank is pumped, a homeowner may need to decide whether riser installation would simplify future access. Ask whether a riser is suitable for the existing tank and cleanout arrangement.
