About Neal Creek Portable Sanitation

From the website of Neal Creek Portable Sanitation, read 16 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Neal Creek Portable Sanitation pumps and maintains septic tanks, and the same operation supplies portable restrooms, luxury restrooms, handwashing stations and trailer mounted toilets for events and work sites. Their site says the septic side also reaches orchards and farming, special events and weddings, construction jobs and emergency response. For a tank that is backing up tonight, the emergency response side of the business is where that call starts.

When I found out, Neal Creek was owned by the same Paul Jones who was the best masters swim coach ever, I decide I need to give them a try. Christi was awesome at coordinating from the front desk and Shannon was just as awesome on the receiving end if you know what I mean…

Response from the owner

“Thank you so much! We love hearing the connection to Paul’s swimming days! We truly appreciate you giving Neal Creek a try and are so glad our team took great care of you from start to finish.

Aaron of Neal Creek Sanitation pumped out our 1000 gallon septic system yesterday. He arrived promptly on time. He thoroughly explained what he was doing each step of the way as he performed the service. He noted there was some coagulated fats in the tank and in the feeder lines, which he cleaned as best as possible. We never put cooking grease down the drain, but he informed us that even putting waste animal products (ie: uneaten hamburger) down the disposal was sufficient to cause the fatty build up. Once the work was complete , he cleaned the area thoroughly.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! Aaron takes a lot of pride in his work, and we’re lucky to have him on our team. We’re glad he was able to explain everything along the way and leave the area clean when he was finished. We truly appreciate your trust in Neal Creek and look forward to helping you again in the future!

Several customers describe pump-outs done carefully and on time. Craig's review of a 1000 gallon tank notes Aaron "arrived promptly on time," explained each step of the service, and left the area clean afterward. Heidi credits Christi at the front desk with getting a pump crew out quickly, and Tiffanie says her first septic problem was resolved fast with everything explained along the way. Carol thanks Wade and his crew for the new drain field they built on her property.
