    Jerith was Very helpful in explaining everything in detail. Professional and polite Murphy’s fee of $200 to come out to the home is way overpriced. He jiggled the pump pipe & the pump float reactivated the pump

    Terrell called me prior to arrival on time and carefully navigated large pump truck not to damage my yard. He was very thorough in his inspection and complete cleaning of my sewer tank although it was very hot out. I will call Hoot when my next service is due.

    Had to get the septic tank pumped, Terrell W came out and got it done quickly and helped point out some things to look out for and pay attention to. Very friendly and informative. They were also the only company willing to come out same day for the service
