If I was able to give more then 5 stars I would. Thursday I had a waterline break at 5 in the morning, I was calling around to everyone online, noone was available to come out til after 2pm. I called Mr.Rooter and they sent someone right out and was at my house within 45 mins. David the general manager, was the one that came out had everything with him to get the job started. He was so professional. We had people out spraying the yard, to make sure that he didn't hit any of the gas lines or anything else.

    Response from the owner

Hearing about your early morning emergency and how quickly our team responded means a lot to us. We’re grateful for your detailed feedback and are glad everything was explained clearly throughout the repair process. Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words about Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Wichita. If you ever need help again, just know we're always ready to assist.

It's great to be able to get service on a Sunday without having to pay higher weekend rates. Mr Rooter charges the same rates no matter the day or time. The plumber that came to my house, John, did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing along with what the problem was. He made sure the problem was taken care of and patiently answered all my questions. I would be very happy to have John come back to my house if the need for more services arises. Highly recommend.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad to hear you found our weekend rates fair. Thank you for taking the time to highlight how our team member handled your service professionally and thoroughly. Knowing that everything was explained and your questions were answered means a lot to us at Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Wichita. We truly value your high recommendation.
