    Bunch of complete hacks. I called them to replace my hose spigot in the back yard and pull my toilet because my kid flushed a toy down the toilet. They told me they couldn’t get to the hose spigot fitting from under the house like you would think a professional would be capable of. Instead they said they had to cut out my cabinets in my kitchen to get at it from the wall. That’s pretty awesome. Then they it took them returning THREE times to actually pull my toilet.

    Graham, we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the repeated visits and would like to clarify a few details about the work performed. The hose bib could not be accessed from the crawl space because it is located within the wall. With access obstructed from the bathroom side, the kitchen side provided the necessary access to complete the replacement. During the initial visit, our technician also augered the toilet at no additional charge, and it was functioning properly when the work was completed. When the toilet backed up again, we returned and cabled it a second time, also at no charge. After the problem recurred, we determined that the toilet needed to be removed for a more thorough inspection. We provided a discounted price for that work, removed the toilet, located the toy causing the recurring blockage, and removed it. We understand that requiring multiple visits to fully identify the cause of the problem was frustrating, and we’re using this experience as an opportunity to improve how our team approaches similar situations in the future.     Spencer was awesome! He was able to identify the problem quickly and even checked to see if our repair might have been under warranty. I also admired his patience, it was a business setting and we had to walk him up and down stairs multiple times to get answers from different department heads. Thank you for your hard work diligence and patience! We will use Mr.Rooter again for sure!

    The plumbing technician responded within 5 hours of my weekend call and completed repairs to the leaking pipe in my rental house in a timely manner. He called me as soon as he diagnosed the problem and gave me a firm price estimate for the call-out and making all the repairs. He called me back as soon as the repairs had been completed. He answered all my questions and provided his assessment of the conditions of the piping supplying the washing machine. I'd give the technician 5 stars and the Company 4 1/2 stars only because plumbing repairs have gotten expensive.

    Tim was punctual and did a great job. However, the price (more than $ 600) exceeded all my expectations as I was told that there will be no emergency fee if the work is done before 6:00 pm.
