From the moment he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work. He was efficient, professional, and incredibly pleasant to work with, which is always a huge plus when you're dealing with a stressful plumbing issue. What impressed me most was Tanner's knowledge and willingness to educate us throughout the process.
