I was having issues with my toilet backing up and water coming the drain under my water heater. I contacted Mr Rooter to snake my line. They snaked the line and then went down with a camera and told me I had roots in my line. They scheduled an appointment to be at my house between 9&11am however they didn’t get my house until almost 10pm. Three guys were there to do the work. One of them told me to go flush the toilet 3 times to make sure my septic pump was working. He also stuck his head in the septic tank and looked around.

Are you looking to pay for a service and still not get your problem fixed? Then this is the company to call. They came out and told me my shower faucet was the problem. About 10 minutes after the technician left, it completely failed and water started pouring out everywhere. He came back, supposedly fixed it, left again, and the exact same thing happened. This happened four different times, and we had to shut off the water to the entire house overnight. The next morning, I called another plumbing company.
