Very impressed! I had a plumber out last year, to this rental I manage, who thought he fixed the leak. Fast forward to now and the leak is worse. I called Mr Rooter of Richmond and I guessed what the problem was, he confirmed it very quickly, gave me a price, then scheduled a convenient time with the tenant to fix it. The communication was great from R*****, the scheduling was quick for the initial visit and quick for the repair visit. Highly recommend.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for trusting Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Richmond, VA to resolve a persistent problem and for sharing your recommendation. It's great to hear the whole process, from diagnosis to repair, was smooth for both you and your tenant.

These guys saved the day! Replaced our old pipes, cleaned up our crawlspace and literally weeded my lawn. They left our house better than they found. I give a million stars.

Reid and Mark were fantastic! They were upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, took the time to explain everything clearly, and were very knowledgeable about the issue with our broken toilet flange. They completed the repair quickly without sacrificing quality, and they were respectful and professional from start to finish. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely be using their services again should the need arise. Highly recommend!
