Technician Alivin was prompt and professional. He did a quick fix of my upstairs shower to keep it going until I am ready to renovate the bathroom.

It’s a classic case of “You get what you pay for” and this service call proved it again. We’ve been using this company since well before they became a Roto Rooter franchise. The service hasn’t changed but to be fair, the prices do seem to be higher. Still, the work is good and their people reliable. We will continue to use them at our home when we need plumbing help.
