    Not positive there they got it fixed as still my kitchen is filling up with water. They charged me a very large amount after talking to many people 795 for a regulator was way over the top when they cost only 100 and some dollars pretty sad that they have to take care of me who will be 85 in October so if you’re older and they just say hey is 795 and they don’t explain what the part cost and what the labor is it sounds pretty sad. They were nice guys, but they certainly took advantage.

    While Mr Rooter successfully stoped the drainage issue we had, they proceeded to advise us that we needed extensive work done to our valves. We don’t live in the area and our renters weren’t sure about the accuracy of the statements. We decided to get a second opinion from another service who said none of those “requirements” were needed. It’s a real bummer when a service company tries to take advantage of owners who can’t be present for the walk through

    The men doing the work were freindly and professional though I feel the amount charged was very high for the scope of work completed and this was after they supposedly cut the original price.
