    Left a 3 ft hole in my yard. Very unprofessional office manager who constantly interrupts you when you’re talking. Techs lied about what was discussed . Mentioned a potential issue in passing to me but wrote in notes that it was discussed in depth so basically I paid almost 1500 dollars for the issue to not be solved and left with a mess in my yard.

Our team successfully completed the repair and installation of the cleanout. During the process, we identified additional issues on the city side of the line, including an area beneath the street that was outside the scope and reach of the repair we performed. We advised you to contact the city to determine whether they would be responsible for addressing those additional concerns. We also understand that you were unhappy with the condition of the yard following the work. After you brought this to our attention, we sent a crew back to address the area at no additional charge. We regret that our communication throughout the process left you frustrated. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the completed work and the additional issue identified.
