    I would recommend Mr Rooter of DuPage to anyone. My problem was a blocked drain in the kitchen sink. Jonathan was very professional and courteous. He went downstairs and inspected the pipes to see what was going on. He fixed the problem and had my drain working perfectly again. In fact, Mr Rooter came to fix my drain the same day I called on a Saturday.

    I'm rating 5 star based on tech, Daniel, for ability, speed and clarity of job required. I use Mr Rooter for this reason as well as response time. I have used them several times and all the above has been consistent. My only complaint would be the amount they charge which is on the higher end. I realize plumbers are $$$. I softened the blow with their $75 off coupon.

    Dustin came out to service the newly installed hot water heater (from only 1.5 months). He was on time and very professional. He triple checked my water heater and blower and helped answer my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again!
