Adam Lay does excellent work. Very professional & personable. He took the time to explain everything about what was wrong & why things needed to be done & was able to take care of the issues the same day. He did a great job & cleaned everything up before he left. Reasonable cost as well. I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter, & ask for Adam, he'll make sure it's done right. Thank you Adam!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Carla, for your kind words about Adam's professionalism and thoroughness. We’re pleased he was able to explain the issues and resolve them promptly. Your recommendation means a lot!

Called to unclog toilet. Quoted $233 for the job. Technician was unable to unclog the drain. Said they needed to up the price to $700 and started asking about "applying discounts". Predatory company. Do not call.

    Response from the owner

Kyle, sorry to hear about your experience. The initial quote was for a standard service, but sometimes additional issues arise requiring more work. Thank you for talking through your situation with us. We hope to earn your trust and business back in the future.

Around Dayton, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Dayton city page for the full soil profile.
