I was very blessed to have this company help us. We had no water pressure… just a trickle. Used AI to try to trouble shoot. I contacted Mr. Rooter and they had an opening that day. Michael came out and said he wasn’t leaving until it was figured out and fixed. It took process of elimination but ended up being the pressure gauge switch needing replacement. I figured it might takes a few days but they had an electrician come out same day to wire. Michael did a thorough evaluation of our entire system and offered some advice and suggestions on other things to keep it all running.

    Response from the owner

It’s wonderful to hear how smoothly everything came together for you and that your water issue was sorted out so quickly. Thank you for trusting Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Coeur d'Alene and for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad our team could offer not just a fix but also helpful guidance to keep your system running well. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
