Very unprofessional company. For the company to be around over 40 years and don’t know how to find the Septic it’s horrible. They use a metal rod to find it and broke several of my sprinkler lines while looking for it, my water was leaking for the last five days underground. On the 4th of July instead of relaxing with my family, I had to look for a company to fix and was not successful, so I had to dig it myself and find. Stay away from them.

    Response from the owner

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We always strive to provide the best service possible at a fair and reasonable cost. When you called, you indicated that you knew the location of your cesspool, so we were not expecting to perform a cesspool location as part of the service. Despite that, we made every effort to locate it because we didn’t want to leave you with a backed-up system. Locating buried cesspools can be challenging, especially when the exact location is unknown. Unfortunately, underground sprinkler lines are not visible from the surface, so there is no way to know where they are while locating a buried cesspool.

He was able to determine quickly that there was a clog in the line. I'm so thankful for Mr. Pump quick service. I will definitely use them again and recommend their service to others.

Reviewers name the same faces. Kevin, a service technician, comes up across several reviews for finding a clog in the line quickly and for explaining how to keep a cesspool from filling again. Patty says she called and the owner sent a truck over right away. Nilka describes the owner, Angelo, setting up an appointment for the next day. Mike has used the company for years and says the crew will "show up when they say they will." Questions about the system get answered, according to more than one reviewer.
