    I would give more stars if they let me! I called at noon on Saturday when water was backing up into the house. Joe was here pronto and figured out that the septic tank was frozen. He had it thawed out and the pipe scoped in no time. Very respectful of not damaging anything else or getting the house dirty. If you want the job done right the first time call Mountain Magic!

    This was the most disappointing plumbing service I have ever dealt with between the Midwest and Colorado! After taking four days to get to the house, we were charged $900 for 2.5 hours of work. This business also requires that you sign a waiver stating that if any equipment breaks you were responsible. The home owner was charged $300 for a broken cable line. Who knows how old the cable was in general? Isn’t this why businesses have insurance… Crappy way to get your equipment replaced when it could be on its last leg and happens to break.

    When You have a broken sewer line it's typically not the most sanitary situation.You can face. in fact it is very messy. It's a good thing you didn't see what it looked like before it was cleaned up. You're lucky to have such a great landlord who was very grateful and understanding. Your landlord had no problem signing the disclaimer.She knew the situation at hand. It was also unfortunate that the last individual who made a failed repair didn't install an outside clean out , which is more sanitary and any mess is contained outside of the house. She was very thankful for the services we provided in diagnosing the issue with a broken sewer line which in turn snapped the drain cable in half when it got stuck. The cable cost $261. Your landlord had no problem. Paying for it . She understood it was no fault of our own . It was a very unfortunate situation. Which we diagnosed. I literally showed up there and did my job even with a severe case of covid , which was horrible . Also I knew you weren't going to be home. The back door was unlocked when I got there.So I left it unlocked when I left. Thanks to me, your landlord's sewer line was excavated and repaired to the very next day.by one of my colleagues. Out of over 3000 customers served.You are literally the only one who has complained about a mess left behind. I gifted you $50 worth of cleaning products Because I did leave a few spots behind. It took every ounce of energy.I had to complete that job on , a day where I was severely ill with covid. Sorry about the spots , hopefully you've been able to move past this unfortunate situation , you found yourself in.

    Had a septic smell coming from our basement. Called Joe and with his expertise of blowing smoke back through the system he was able to locate the issue and get it fixed! Highly recommend him for his experience!

    I made an emergency call late night on THANKSGIVING. I felt so bad to bother anyone on a holiday but we were in a serious pinch. I left a voicemail and had little hope. I got a call within 30 minutes. Jon was at my house early the next morning! I thought we were screwed until Monday after the holiday. Our problem was solved quickly and our Friendsgiving was saved ! I won’t be using any other plumbers in the area! They’ve got our business 🙌🏼

Another reviewer says Joe cleared a frozen line that a different plumber could not. Dan had a septic smell in his basement, and Joe traced it by "blowing smoke back through the system".
