We selected this company for a septic inspection. They damaged the property by negligently driving through the lawn (without the owners permission) after a heavy rainfall because they said they failed to bring the right size hose that was long enough, then they got stuck in the lawn and had to rip apart the beautiful lawn to pull themselves out, with deep cuts all over the lawn, they admitted what they did, then said they would come back and fix it, they then lied and said there was no damage even though this whole thing was caught on the home owners camera with lots of people watching.

Ma'am you are absolutely lying. We backed into the customer's yard and got stuck. The yard was immediately repaired with top soil, seed, and straw. We have photos. When you emailed us (we never emailed you until you emailed us) threatening to report us to DPOR, we did not even know who you were. When we figured out what customer you were referring to we explained what happened and that repairs were made immediately. We also told you that if the homeowner is dissatisfied then we are happy to speak with them to find a better solution. You have not even attempted to work this out in a productive manner, only threatened us and came online to write a false review. We never lied to anyone saying we didn't damage the yard. We also have not refused to send the report.
