Mr Mills and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. Old fashioned customer service and his word is his word. Got my drainfield replaced in one day and beat 4 estimates. 5 star in my book!!!

Called and left a message in the evening about having a drain field replaced, and received a call back the very next morning. Unable to do my job being too busy (booked 4 months out) so 5 stars are for communication only.

    Response from the owner

So sorry we were not able to fit you in.

This is certainly a 5 star company. I recently needed my drain field redone. I called Mills and they treated me so professionally. Mr. John Mills seems to perform the quotes himself and is such a nice person. Gave me a reasonable estimate with reasonable amount down and talked me through the process. I wasn't supposed to have the job completed until March but they had a cancellation and were able to complete the job almost a month earlier. I was so happy they fit me in. Workers were great. No issues. I highly recommend this company.

    Response from the owner

Thanks so much for your recommendation Rebecca. We always strive to make our customers happy. Glad we could fit you in early.
