Called Midwestern Plumbing late Friday evening. They arrived in 30 minutes, avoiding late call charges! Adam and his partner were very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Even showed us where our access point was (been here 7 years and didn't know). They diagnosed the issued, laid out the costs, and wrapped everything up. Disaster avoided. Thank you Midwestern Plumbing!

Whoever was driving this truck ran me off the road and cut off several other drivers. Their driving was reckless, erratic, and extremely unsafe. This kind of behavior puts everyone on the road at risk and reflects poorly on your business. I hope this incident is addressed before someone is seriously injured

Very unprofessional. Plumbers are disrespectfully and rude. I would not recommend them.

More Info from a previous review and response. UPDATE TO RESPONSE A MONTH AGO FROM Please check your records again as Midwestern Plumbing was is the Plumbing Company DR Horton used as their plumber for all the Brand New Homes that were built in Trenton Ohio this past 5 - 6 years and Neighbor after Neighbor all up and down the street have had NOTHING but plumbing issues. Midwestern Plumbing was at our house 3 - 5 times in a matter of 1 year from move in Fall 2023 but never after that. I would never have you in my home again.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Paul called late on a Friday evening in August 2026, and the crew arrived within 30 minutes. Paul says they showed the household where its access point was, diagnosed the problem and finished the job. The review closes with "Disaster avoided." An April 2025 review from Shacora describes a toilet blockage that was snaked twice, with the problem returning within a week. Shacora says a different plumber then pulled the toilet and retrieved the item. That is one customer's experience of a drain call.
