Midwest Septic did a great job on our property after someone who installed our septic system previously did a bad job. Midwest Septic removed the old system that was installed incorrectly and installed a new, better concrete tank and drainage system. They also made sure before leaving that everything was to our liking! They were very professional and knowledgeable, with great attention to detail. The owner, Ronnie, cares about his work and his customers and is a wonderful person to work with. Not many people like that are left.

    Response from the owner

God bless you and thank you for your kind words 🙏

Amazing and helpful. Was not able to directly help with our issues. Recommended several options and offered to come help several time, including schedule changes. Hard to find caring and helpful services, this company is a win win!! 🏆

    Response from the owner

God bless you for the kind words🙏

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe calls answered on short notice, including a Sunday visit and a same-day after-hours job. One customer said the crew removed a tank and drain field that a previous company had installed incorrectly and put in a new concrete tank and drainage system in its place. Ben said the crew "showed up on time and brought the parts they'd need" so the work finished in one trip.
