I would definitely recommend Mid South for septic tank issues. John and Toby arrived about an hour after I called. They were friendly and courteous, and the job was done in a timely manner.

Brian and Toebe were phenomenal! I've had my system.pumped 5 yrs ago as recommended. I just found out I have an inlet & an oulet tank. The other company only pumped one tank. Miraculously it was caught in time thanks to Brian & Toebes knowledge! The umpumped tank was stuffed and would have ruined my system. Very grateful to this team and to MidSouth Septic for having such quality people on staff Highly recommend Thank you and God bless Frank Lempert

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers of MidSouth Septic Solutions mostly write about tank pumping, and many mention how fast the crew came. Judy says two technicians arrived about an hour after her call, and Stephanie says they came the same day she phoned. Reviewers also describe a crew that explained the work as it went. Wendy wrote that it is rare to find technicians who "take the time to answer questions". Frank says his system has an inlet tank and an outlet tank, and that the crew found the second one still unpumped after an earlier company had emptied only the first.
