Middlebury Septic LLC in Middlebury, CT

I called Jen at around 6pm today for an emergency septic tank cleaning. Her husband was out the same day at 8:30pm. This company really recognizes an emergency and acts quickly. The price including the emergency fee was considerably less than I had anticipated. What a great team. Thank you so much for your service. I will refer this company to anyone who asks.

Been using Middlebury Septic to pump our septic since we bought the house. Jeff recently took over the business from Mike over the last few months and no change at all in the great service. He is easy to reach; gets back to you quickly; and very flexible on schedule. Overall great guy to work with. On top of doing the regular cleaning, we had them install new ground level covers to make access easier in the future as opposed to digging up each time.

Mike (the owner) came out for a simple pump, but ended us teaching us all about our septic system. We learned more from him than the original installers! He and his wife did an amazing job and were professional, courteous, on time and most important: a great teacher. I'll recommend Mike and Middlebury Septic LLC everyone who needs a septic company. 5/5 stars.

I called for an appointment after using a different company that I was not pleased with. Service was quick; they came out the same day. The gentleman who came out was great to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely be using this company from now on.
