We were experiencing water backing up in our shower, and gurgling in the toilet and bathroom sink and our kitchen sink as well. The camera inspection showed roots throughout our sewer system. A.J. came out and used the water jet to clear the roots out of our pipes from the outdoor cleanout to the main city sewer and then from the cleanout through the pipes under our basement floor. We watched the entire process on camera. AJ was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and conscientious.

    Response from the owner

Kristin, thank you for the detailed feedback. We're delighted the camera inspection and water jetting cleared the roots, stopped the odor, and restored strong flow. Thank you so much for the recommendation and look forward to helping out in the future!

Aj came out to our house in Bay City this month to work on our pipes that needed to be hydro jetted out. The sewer had backed up into our basement due to a huge root ball. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He taught me about our line system and how to maintain it. He showed us where the access point were and where the vents were around the house. He rolled out a mat to avoid tracking anything through the house and was friendly to our dogs who we were keeping in the other room. He worked very hard to get as much of the roots out as possible!

    Response from the owner

Thank you Priscilla for the great review and recommendation! Glad AJ was able to get you all taken care of. We look forward to helping out anytime you need us!
