Merek development came out and did alot of land clearing for me for preparation of a lane and a septic mound system. Prompt courteous service, with plenty of knowledge in the field

I haven't reached the point yet of where I need to have Merek Development install a new septic system but that hasn't stopped Blake from providing above and beyond customer service. I've reached out to him 3 times now to get his opinion on my current system, because of how nice and informed his answers have been. I'm sure he is very busy with projects that he is being paid for but he's still taken the few minutes needed to explain things to me. I was referred to him by someone else and am so thankful for it.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe new septic installations, prompt scheduling and clear explanations. Others mention Blake adapting when unexpected issues arose during the work.

Local Ground

Around Greenville, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Greenville city page for the full soil profile.
