Keaton was awesome, super nice personality, so polite, extremely efficient. Gave me an exact turnaround time for everything to be completed. As always, another good experience with Meeks

    Response from the owner

Hi Heather, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about Lindsay. We'll be sure to pass your compliments along to her. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the scheduling issue. While we're glad we were able to get you taken care of the following day, we understand that doesn't make up for the inconvenience or the lack of follow-up you experienced. Your comments are valuable, and we'll be sharing them with our team as a reminder of how important communication is, especially when unexpected delays occur. Thank you again for recommending Meeks despite this experience. We truly appreciate your business, and we hope to provide you with the five-star experience you should expect from us next time. If you're willing, we'd appreciate the opportunity to learn a little more about what happened. Please feel free to give our office a call and ask for Hannah, who would love to gather additional details to help us best address this. The Meeks Plumbing Team

We have used Meeks on a few occasions over the past couple of years and we have always been satisfied with the quality of their work. Always professional and on time. This time we had a leak in the bathroom that seeped through the walls and into other rooms. First, Gavin came and did a leak detection and then Manny and Diego came and did the repair. All 3 gentleman were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable and super friendly.

    Response from the owner

Diane, thank you for the 5-star review. We are glad to have been of service of the past couple of years and to have always provided quality service.
