I enjoyed Randy very much. He knew what he was doing and he was efficient. I wanted to note that the size of the tank which I measured was 650 gallons of Randy Randy estimated that it was 900 but it was actually 650 of contents and if the tank had been full as full as it could possibly have been cleared to the very brim, it would’ve been 718 gallons. So if nothing else, at least that could go in your records for the size of my tank. I’m unaware if the charges are dependent on tank size but in any case there you have it. Thanks and thanks to Randy. He did a great job.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words and for choosing us for your business needs. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

I have lived in Western Washington for 11 years and have used McNel twice with excellent results. Their service is super professional and their pricing is beyond competitive. Service tech Randy was terrific to work with and gave me great advice about how to maintain the specific tank and was honest about when to repeat service. The visit was quick, quiet and unobtrusive. Very satisfied.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the glowing review! We're glad to have exceeded your expectations.

Reviewers describe septic tank pumping and inspections, and more than one customer says the relationship goes back decades. Several name the same crew members, Randy and Cody, as the technicians who came out. Conni writes that scheduling is easy and that Cody answered her questions. Speed comes up too. Rick says his technician "showed up on time and ready to get the work done," and Keith mentions a timely response. Scott describes quick, quiet visits along with advice on maintaining his specific tank, and Alex reports the same crew installed risers over an older concrete tank and cleaned up afterward.
