Way over priced. Did a good job but considering I dug up my septic tank myself before they arrived. In the future will definitely be going to who I use previously that charges half the price they did. You weren’t at my address a year ago. Maybe the previous owner, a year ago someone else was here.

    Response from the owner

Hi Torryn, thank you for the feedback and for noting that we did a good job, we take great pride in our work. I am sorry you feel you were overcharged, but I wanted to gently remind you that we were at this exact same house a year ago with the exact same price. We work hard to keep our rates highly competitive and reasonable, and you won’t find the same level of professional service for less. May you have the day you deserve, my friend!

Dave and Eli came out the next day. They answered questions and explained a lot. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again. I will never use Routley. Ever.
