Patrick and his helper did a great job replacing my hot water heater. In advance of the installation, I worked with Mike Drake, Manager on deciding how what water heater would work in our tight space under our house. He did a fantastic job helping me to decide what to do.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for recognizing Franklin’s skills and dedication, Joe. We value your feedback at Marin H2O.

Jeff was outstanding! He was friendly, informative and efficient with his time while diagnosing and repairing a plumbing problem. He replaced my water regulator and shower cartridge. His work was meticulous and thorough. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable. This was my first experience with H20 plumbing and I won't hesitate to call again for future plumbing needs.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience with Jeff. We appreciate your recognition of his meticulous work and clear communication during your plumbing service.
