    I just want to say a big thank you to the guys at Magnus Mechanical who replaced my well pump. I had an emergency over the weekend and called several other companies. They were the only ones who answered the call, came out that day, and fixed everything to work properly in one afternoon without charging weekend fees. They did an excellent job. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Highly recommend!

    I contacted Magnus about installing a new lid on my grinder pump. He was quick to respond and set up a day to come fix it. When he started to replace the lid he noticed a cracked fitting that would have likely led to a mess in the future. I’m grateful he caught it! He fixed the fitting and the lid, which ended up taking more time than he had allocated for my house. Not one complaint from him or his assistant (sorry, don’t remember his name) despite being there much longer than planned. They were both polite and respectful throughout the job.

    Magnus came through to fix a problem a local competitor failed to resolve after 6 months of back and forths. He was communicative in scheduling and informative as he diagnosed the issue. Really appreciated his honesty as suggested next steps for us to take as it seemed he had our best interests in mind. We'll be using Magnus for any future septic or well service we need.

    Awesome experience overall: he came out same day to service our sewer system which had already been worked on by another company (twice!) yet we were still having issues. He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did a few different tests to narrow down the issue and installed a quick solution to hold us over until we can fully replace the electrical line. Don't waste your time with any other company, this is the one who you can count on to fix the problem right and make you sure you understand why it happened in the first place. Many thanks!
