Ricky and the team did a great job! I called late on a Friday afternoon after trying and failing to clear my main drain myself. They came out same day and attempted to clear the clog for around an hour. When it wouldn't work, Ricky knew what the problem was: something was collapsed in my main drain and not even the industrial rooters or jetters were getting through. He was going to have to dig to see what was going on and be able to fix it. I live in an older part of town so he had to call 811 on Monday morning and get all the utilities marked before digging.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe the crew arriving fast when a system went down. Cody called after hours for an emergency tank pump and had help at the tank on a Sunday morning. When Sam's treatment plant backed up and the aerator motor quit, he says Ricky "showed up the next day," pumped the tank and replaced the motor. The same workers get named for the repair work itself. Jerry credits Rickey and Felipe with routing and replacing his drain lines and pumping his tank in a day. Shakeria thanks Mr. Ricky and Mrs. Denise for getting her septic treatment system back up and running and for walking her through the care it needs.

Before You Call

If the last pump was years back and nobody wrote down the date, the decision in front of you is when to put the tank on a schedule. Asking Magic Rooter how often a tank the size of yours usually needs pumping is a fair way to start that call.
