We had the most wonderful experience with Macken from beginning to end! We had a septic emergency and contacted Macken. Kim, the very pleasant and helpful woman who answered the phone, patiently listened to our problem and was very sympathetic. The very next morning, Dom showed up. He was so respectful and accommodating. He let us look at the camera and explained very carefully what the problem was. He then promptly fixed it! Having septic problems can cause so much anxiety, it's nice to know we now have a reputable company we can count on for future problems. Thank you Kim and Macken!

Jimmy and Dom from Macken Sewer & Drain were phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, and will highly recommend their services. I called them regarding my PVC pipe in my back yard coming from my sump pump being on the fritz during this tremendous rain fall. We were concerned about water getting into our basement. Turns out it was a larger project than anticipated. The tree roots were completely blocking the pipe out to the creek in our backyard. They quickly assessed the issue, got our water flowing with the Hydro Jet and were timely, professional, and kind.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for allowing us to provide services to you. It’s been our pleasure servicing you and if you need anything in the future, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Macken Sewer and Drain installed a new engineered septic system for us. They did an excellent job, the crew was polite and respectful. They showed up and worked full days everyday and completed the full project in less than a week. The owner Jimmy was super responsive and a true professional. When we had plumbing issues before our new septic system, Macken Sewer and Drain were able to come out right way and give us a temporary solution until we got the new septic system installed.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Alex . It’s been a pleasure providing you with our services .
