  1. Rpt H.

    July 2026

LR Contracting is currently performing work on a neighbor's house. Yesterday, they decided to use my back yard as a parking lot, with vehicles parked entirely on my property. Today, they decided to use my back yard as a bathroom. I confronted one of their employees when I caught him pissing in my back yard, next to my trailer, and he quickly slinked off back to his work site. No one bothered to ask permission for any of this. I imagine shortcuts are the norm if their employees see this as acceptable behavior.

    Response from the owner

Rpt Haus has created a account to list his 1 star reviews. Rpt Haus is not the property owner listed for the property. It seems he has a ulterior motive in sending this review. Reviews are for clients who have used our services. The review is misleading also as we were not parked in his back yard, it was on a gravel driveway of his on the next block. I stopped and apologized to the homeowner and also tried compensating him for any harm caused by our workers, with regret I must say, it became apparent that his 1 star review was more important. May we all be better. ~Lonnie~

LR came and installed the luxury vinyl tile we purchased for our dining room. We are so pleased with how it all turned out. They did an amazing job! We are loving our new flooring already.

    Response from the owner

Heather, Thanks for the 5 star review. Enjoy your new floor. ~Lonnie~

LR did a repair on our drain tile system. Steve, who managed the job listened well to our explanation of the problem and how we wanted it repaired. His crew brought the proper equipment and had the job done well, quickly and at a fair price. We will certainly consider them for future work.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the 5 star review Jane. We appreciate your business and look forward to working together again. ~Lonnie~

LRContracting was the only contractor to respond to us while we lived out of state. He worked with us and made it possible to move on time. Everything we asked for was ready, with quality materials and work. Lonnie is a great communicator and his team is hard working. We have more plans that LR Contracting will be doing the work for.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for sharing your experience Amy. I'm glad we were able to meet your expectations on your new building site. Welcome to the U.P. ~Lonnie~

LR Contracting Replaced the entire deck. This included 1) Removing the entire old deck (including hand railing down to lower level), and cracked cement patio foundation. Some of the old deck supports were set aside for later use by owner. 2) Expanding and recompacting foundation prior to setting cement support post, followed by installing the re-enforced cement patio. 3) Supporting posts and cross beams improved previous deck structural integrity. Trex decking and railing system (glass panels for clear visibility) were installed. 4) As the pictures show, the final product is wonderful.

    Response from the owner

David, Thanks for placing a review on google. It really helps when our clients tell of there experience in working with us. It was truly a great project to be a part of, and with your selections I really like how things turned out. Enjoy your new patio and deck. ~Lonnie~
