We paid for our contract and no one ever came to service our aerobic system. My husband called to ask if anyone had ever been out to check on our system because we were not notified that anyone had been here and he was given two dates they were supposedly here. A few months later our system backed up and we called a different company that had to pump it out and verified it had not been serviced and had been needing pumped out for a while. I do not recommend this company. Then we just received a renewal bill a few days ago! They took our money and serviced nothing.
