Good luck getting a plumber to show up from this place. Sat here all day waiting just to get a call saying that they can't come. They wanted to reschedule 6 days from today. Meanwhile we have no water

    Response from the owner

Hi Mike, we’re sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. Unfortunately, a plumbing job earlier in the day took much longer than expected, and we also had a plumber call off, leaving us unable to make it to your appointment as scheduled. We understand that your time is valuable, and we should have communicated sooner. We apologize for letting you down and appreciate your feedback.
