    Really unhappy with this company. Our builder unfortunately went with them to have our system installed. Apparently the county requires routine inspections on these newer systems. Most companies will only work on the ones they installed themselves due to needing to be certified for different systems and so on. Long story short this company wants to hold us hostage and charge 50% more than what my neighbor pays.

From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Jovanna, the Office Manager, went above and beyond to make scheduling smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer care, and her attention to detail made all the difference.     We had our home built in 2019 and the builder used Liberty to install the septic. We went to have our tank pumped for preventative measures last week and the lid was stuck. We called and spoke to the office, they said they would come look at it as they installed it. Jerry came out on his own time, without any expectation for payment, got it unstuck then seen that the tank did not even need to be pumped! So that saved us $400, but he noticed the filter fitting was cracked and needed a riser installed. He gave us a new lid and came out to put in a riser as well!
