Logan was excellent! Our septic pump broke(it was 30 years old so it was a matter of time), and he was able to come out next day to check it out. He sourced the proper pump, picked it up, and installed it all in a matter of a couple hours! Our expectations were far exceeded, and we thank you so much for your professionalism and efficiency!

Logan is named in every one of these accounts, which for a company this size means the owner is doing the work. Kaela describes a thirty year old pump failing and a next-day visit that took sourcing, collection and installation inside a couple of hours. Weekend call-outs come up more than once, as does the clean-up afterwards. Several customers describe being walked through the process before agreeing to it.

Before You Call

Replacing a failed drain field without knowing why it failed tends to buy a few years rather than thirty, which is the case for the diagnosis first. Ask what the cause was before agreeing the design of the replacement.
