I can’t say enough good things about Las Vegas Septic Service! William, Robert, and Dale were absolutely amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you, Las Vegas Septic Service, for having such an outstanding team! I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services.

Ive had my septic pumped in las vegas before and other companies are good, but LV septic services is top notch. They made the process as pain free as possible and left surrounding areas cleaner than they found it. As long as I have a need for their services, they will have my business.

Great service by the crew that came to the house. Hard working, communicative, and courteous. When I called to set the appointment with William, I communicated that it was a 2,000 gallon tank, it was excavated, and it was ready to go for the crew to come in, pop the lid, and pump the tank. I was told it would be $529 for the service. Great, i'll see your guys on the day of the appointment. After the service was complete, I was told the price is now $729, a $200 surcharge for pumping tanks over 1,500 gallons. I wasn't going to argue with the guy doing his job and just paid it.

I called them due to wet ground around the septic lid. They came out but did not address why the ground was wet. I called them back that afternoon and was told that they do not do that kind of work and would have some other company call me back. Never heard from anyone. They wasted my whole afternoon. The ground is still wet a week later and so I am trying to find someone else. All they wanted to do was empty the tank and they didn’t do that completely as they wanted more money to do that so I told them no. It is a standard size tank.
